1. Grant of Software License
Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and active subscription status, Cascade Financial Technologies Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the CascadeCopier native desktop software client solely on authorized personal workstations or private VPS instances within your plan quota.
2. Workstation Device Binding & Hardware Fingerprints
- Device Quotas: Your subscription tier defines the maximum number of concurrent desktop workstations permitted.
- Hardware Cryptographic Lease: The Software validates authorization via local cryptographic hardware signatures. You may unbind and re-assign authorized devices through your Trader Portal.
- No Shared Credentials: You may not share license keys, session tokens, or authorized machines with unauthorized third parties.
3. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
CascadeCopier, including its compiled C++/Rust source code, lock-free memory ring buffer algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Cascade Financial Technologies Inc.
You shall not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software;
- Bypass or disable any licensing, cryptographic validation, or safety control mechanisms; or
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party.
4. Updates & Maintenance
We may provide automatic or voluntary software updates, performance patches, and security improvements. Continued use of the Service requires running supported client versions.
5. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms, or upon subscription expiration or processed refund. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
