1. System & Runtime Prerequisites
Before installing CascadeCopier, ensure your trading environment satisfies the following minimum hardware and operating system requirements:
Operating System
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) or Windows Server 2022+ for dedicated trading VPS instances.
Required Runtimes
Microsoft .NET 8 Desktop Runtime & Visual C++ Redistributable (x64, 2015–2022).
Trading Connectors
Rithmic R-API (Direct or via R|Trader Pro), NinjaTrader 8 (x64), or Tradovate WebSocket API.

Download the Official Signed Installer
Download the latest authenticated installer from your Trader Portal Hub or the Download Section:

Run Setup & Activate Device License
Launch the installer with standard user or administrator permissions. Once installed, launch CascadeCopier Client:
- Open the application and sign in with your registered account email and password.
- The client automatically connects to the authentication service and binds your hardware workstation.
- Your authorized trading capacity and account limits will immediately unlock.
3. Configuring Broker Connectors
Rithmic Direct (R-API / R|Trader Pro)
CascadeCopier integrates natively with Rithmic via local socket bridge. Follow these settings in the Rithmic configuration modal:
- System: Select your broker or prop firm gateway (e.g.,
Apex / MyFundedFutures / Rithmic Paper Trading / Chicago Area). - Gateway URL: Direct lowest-latency datacenter gateway.
- Allow Plug-in Mode: Enable if you want to run simultaneously with R|Trader Pro or NinjaTrader without consuming extra simultaneous session limits.
NinjaTrader 8 (Local IPC Add-On)
For NinjaTrader 8 users, CascadeCopier includes a high-speed compiled C# DLL connector:
- Inside NinjaTrader 8, go to
Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On... - Select
CascadeCopier.NT8.ziplocated in your installation directory. - Open any chart or Dom window, and the CascadeCopier status indicator will display a solid green LED (Linked).
